Miss Chelsea and Miss Hayley are certified in Progressing Ballet Technique. We offer PBT classes twice a week for our Company dancers. PBT is proven to strengthen the correct muscles and allows dancers to excel in their ballet technique.
Studio H is certified in Alixa Flexibility. Alixa Flexibility focuses on improving flexibility in dancers using safe and effective stretching techniques.
