Communication
- All communication from Studio H comes through the Band App. This app is available for all smart phones and can also be viewed on a desktop at band.us. We have completely done away with email, so please make sure to download the app as soon as you register for classes
- Please make sure that you use your first and last name when registering for the app. It is also super helpful if you upload a picture
- Please make sure that notifications are turned on for this app
- There is a way to set a “quiet time” for the app if you dig in to the settings. Full disclosure, Miss Hayley is often up late working
- The “Studio H – All Members” Band is where we communicate all information regarding rehearsals, recitals, closings, etc. All parents need to join this Band. Here is the link to the "Studio H - All Members" band
- Studio H has Bands for each individual class that we offer. These are used to share copies of the recital music, post pictures and videos of the kids and what we are learning in class, new skill announcements, and practice videos for performances
- Class Bands are very important for practicing at home. If your dancer has a tablet, iPad or phone, you may also create a profile for them so they can access their practicing materials on their own
- The Band app offers an awesome calendar feature. We make sure to upload all events in this calendar. This feature can sync with other calendars to guarantee you don’t forget a practice, deadline or fun day at the studio
- As previously stated, we have stopped using email as a source of communication. The Band app offers a “chat” feature. This feature allows us to send a mass message to spread the word or a private message for more personal communication
- If you need to contact Miss Hayley, please use the app as your first resource of communication. You can invite her to a private chat to get ahold of her
